Healthy Fall Breakfast Recipes
If I’m honest, the following recipes probably aren’t all that fall themed. There are apple pie oatmeal cups and donuts, pumpkin pie donuts and pancakes, and all kinds of traditional fall recipes in the first section above. When I thought about a fall breakfast, I thought about a hot and savory breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and cheese.
So, that’s more or less what you’ll find below.
Homemade Breakfast Sausage
This is one of my favorite recipes on my blog. You can use super lean ground chicken or turkey so make virtually fat free chicken sausage that has the same amazing flavor you get from fatty pork sausage (thanks to my breakfast sausage seasoning).

Sausage Gravy
Combine the chicken sausage from above with a few ingredients and my Greek yogurt biscuits and you have a healthy biscuits and gravy alternative.
