A collection of protein packed soups ranging from creamy lasagna and marry me chicken to coconut curry chicken gnocchi and beefy tomato feta.
Mason’s my name, and high protein recipes are my game. As we enter sweater weather AKA soup season AKA the best time of the year, I figured it was time to gather my best soups for a high protein diet in one post.
As a long-time taco soup enthusiast, I’ve worked hard the last few years to round out my soup roster. You’ll find this team of soups now includes everything from coconut curry chicken soup and creamy gochujang broth bowls to Tex-Mex black bean soup and slow cooker chicken tortilla soup.
I’ve also included a handful of what I like to call brothy rice bowls. These bowls typically combine steamed rice with a protein like crispy beef crumbles and a flavorful broth. It’s easy to adjust the amount of broth to go full soup mode.
But enough yap, let’s get to the recipes!
