- 1 C 96g Carbquick Biscuit Mix
- 3 large Eggs
- 3 Tbsp 46g Liquid Egg Whites
- 6 slices Bacon cooked
- 1/4 C 28g Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
Preheat an oven to 350F and spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Microwave the bacon slices for 30 seconds before dicing/crumbling. Set aside. (If you're using raw bacon, cook it as you normally would and crumble.)
Mix the Carbquick, eggs and egg whites, and bacon in a large bowl.
Spoon the mixture into the donut pan and top with the shredded cheese as evenly as possible.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the donuts are cooked through. Transfer the donuts to a cooling rack and dig in!
