  • 1 C 96g Carbquick Biscuit Mix
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp 46g Liquid Egg Whites
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked
  • 1/4 C 28g Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven to 350F and spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Microwave the bacon slices for 30 seconds before dicing/crumbling. Set aside. (If you're using raw bacon, cook it as you normally would and crumble.)
  • Mix the Carbquick, eggs and egg whites, and bacon in a large bowl.
  • Spoon the mixture into the donut pan and top with the shredded cheese as evenly as possible.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the donuts are cooked through. Transfer the donuts to a cooling rack and dig in!

Notes

  • Each donut has 3 Smart Points.
  • These donuts are amazing with a fried egg on top or a bit of jelly/jam.
  • Any donut pan will do, but you can get the one I use on Amazon here.
