Cut the brussels sprouts in half and toss with the olive oil before seasoning with salt and pepper. (For the garlic parmesan and zesty ranch versions, add all the ingredients in this step.)
Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 350ºF or until the brussels sprouts are as crispy as you'd like. Shake the air fryer basket half way through for even crisping.

Notes
The size of your brussels sprouts may sightly affect cook time. Check on them early, especially with the zesty ranch or garlic parmesan versions, to avoid burning.
Honey Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts
1 Tbsp (15g) Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp (21g) Honey
2 tsp (10g) Chili Garlic Sauce
Optional: Swap the olive oil for a tablespoon of sesame oil when air frying. Toss the air fried brussels sprouts with the soy sauce, honey, and chili garlic sauce mixture. Serve with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
Zesty Ranch Brussels Sprouts
1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Toss the brussels sprouts in the olive oil before adding the ranch and lemon pepper seasonings.
Brussels Sprouts with Apple and Goat Cheese
1 Tbsp (21g) Honey
6 oz Honeycrisp or Pink Lady Apple, peeled and diced large
1 oz Candied Pecans, chopped
1/2 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
Toss the finished brussels sprouts in the honey before adding the diced apple, pecans, and goat cheese.
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp (15g) Grated Parmesan
2-3 cloves (5g) Garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
Mix the crushed garlic and olive oil together before adding to the brussels sprouts. Season with oregano, red pepper, and grated parmesan before adding to the air fryer.
Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp (42g) Honey
2 Tbsp (30g) Whole Grain or Dijon Mustard
Toss the finished brussels sprouts with the honey and mustard.
