Blend all ingredients in a food processor or something like a Nutribullet until smooth. You can also mix the ingredients by hand if you mash the banana before adding other ingredients.
For the full pizookie effect, add mixture to a 10" cast iron skillet. If you don't have a cast iron skillet, you can use any oven-safe skillet or even a small baking dish. Cook times may vary with other dishes, however.
Add chocolate chips to the top of your pizookie. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick or knife come out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool for 10-15 minutes. Top with caramel syrup and chocolate syrup or ice cream if you desire.
