1/2C (130g)Canned Black Beansdrained, rinsed, and microwaved for 2 minutes
1scoopProtein Powdervanilla
2Tbsp (10g)Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2TbspStevia or 0-Cal Sweetener
1tspBaking Powder
1Tbsp (14g)Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or something like a Nutribullet until smooth. For the full pizookie effect, add mixture to a 10" cast iron skillet. If you don't have a cast iron skillet, you can use any oven-safe skillet or even a small baking dish. Cook times may vary with other dishes, however.
Add chocolate chips to the top of your pizookie. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick or knife come out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool for 10-15 minutes. Top with chocolate syrup or ice cream if you desire.
