  • 1/2 Tbsp 8g Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp 8g Chili Oil*
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Wash and dry 2-3 sweet potatoes and cut into 1/4" strips. Toss in the olive and chili oil and add to an air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 16-18 minutes at 400ºF or until the fries are starting to crisp and slightly brown around the edges.
  • Transfer the fries back to the bowl and toss with the spices. Air fry for an additional 4-6 minutes at 400ºF until the sweet potato fries are as crispy as you'd like.

Notes

*For extra spicy sweet potato fries, you can swap the 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil for more chili oil.
Air fry times are in a 6.5qt Ninja Foodi. Different models/sizes may require slight cook time modifications. Check on your fries early on the first batch.
