58g Reese's Puffs Cereal, crushed or blended finely

12g PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter

30-32g Protein Powder, vanilla

14g Coconut Flour

10g Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder

227g Fat-Free Greek Yogurt, vanilla

92g Liquid Egg Whites, or 2 whole egg whites

60mL Walden Farms Pancake Syrup, or your choice of sticky sweetener

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 24-muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Crush Reese's Puffs cereal in a Ziploc bag or food processor before mixing with remaining dry ingredients. (Save chocolate chips for last.)
Gradually stir in Greek yogurt, egg whites, and the sticky sweetener. Stir until smooth.
Fold chocolate chips into the mixture.
Using a spoon, fill the muffin tin with the mixture. Avoid overfilling each slot.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a center popper can pass the toothpick test.
