Ingredients
1 3/4C+ 2 Tbsp75g Golden Grahams Cereal
1 1/2scoops51g Protein Powder, vanilla
1/2tspBaking Powder
2large Eggs
1/4C60mL Unsweetened Almond Milk, or your choice of liquid
9mini42g Kit Kat Bars, or 1 regular size Kit Kat bar
Instructions
Add the cereal, protein powder, and baking powder to a food processor or blender. Blend until you have a flour-like mixture. (If you don't have a food processor or blender, add the cereal to a resealable bag and smash with a mallet or backside of a knife.)
Add the eggs and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
Use a knife to cut the Kit Kat bars into small pieces (about the size of chocolate chips). Fold the Kit Kat pieces into the protein pancake batter.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat with nonstick cooking spray.
Use a 1/4 C measuring cup or eyeball three circles on the skillet a couple inches apart. Cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping and cooking another 1-2 minutes. Repeat for remaining 3 pancakes. (Recipe makes around 6 pancakes using 1/4 C batter for each.)
Top with syrup, chocolate syrup, and additional Kit Kat crumbles if desired (macros not included).
