Ingredients

  • 16 oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa Verde
  • 2 Tomatillos husks removed and quartered
  • 3 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
  • 6 oz Pickled Jalapeño Peppers
  • 1-2 handfuls Cilantro stems removed

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on low to medium until smooth.
  • Optional: Garnish with cotija cheese or queso fresco. (Not included in nutrition facts.)
  • Serve with baked tortilla chips or pork rinds, fresh veggies, or as a garnish for your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.
