- 1 pound Ground Pork Tenderloin*
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Your Choice of Seasoning from the Notes Below
Brown the ground pork over medium-high heat with the olive oil before breaking apart and fully cooking.
Add the spices, orange juice or enchilada sauce, and water. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until reduced, about 5 minutes.
Serve on warmed tortillas with diced white onion, cilantro, and salsa.
*To make ground pork tenderloin, trim any excess fat and silver skin away. Slice the pork tenderloin into 3" chunks and add to a food processor. Pulse 6-8 times until you reach your desired grind. Regular ground pork and other ground meats work fine, though nutrition facts will be affected.

- 8 oz Frontera Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (or any enchilada sauce)
- 1/2 cup Water

- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Lite Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Water
