Ground Chicken and Goodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Breast
  • 24 oz jar Marinara or Pasta Sauce
  • 2 boxes 5.25 oz each Twist My Parm Goodles*
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 oz Italian Shredded Cheese Blend

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with the olive oil. Once hot, add the ground chicken and cook on one side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown before breaking apart and cooking an additional 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Add the pasta sauce to the ground chicken and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer while the pasta cooks.
  • Add the Goodles to the boiling water and cook just shy of al dente, about 7-9 minutes.
  • Drain the water and add the cooked noodles to the ground chicken and sauce along with the cheese packets and milk. Stir everything together and top with the shredded cheese. Cover to melt the cheese or pop the pan in a 400ºF oven for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

*Or your choice of boxed mac and cheese.
