- 1 pound Ground Pork Tenderloin*
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil divided
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Minced Ginger
For the Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons 45g Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon 21g Honey
- 1 Tablespoon 19g Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce (or soy sauce)
Brown the ground pork with 1 Tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat before breaking apart and fully cooking.
Push the cooked pork to one side of the pan and add the remaining 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil before adding the pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant before stirring everything together.
Turn off the heat and add the sauce, stirring everything together.
Serve with rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and scallions, if desired.
*To make ground pork tenderloin, trim a pork tenderloin, slice it into chunks, and use a food processor to pulse the pork 6-8 times until you reach your desired grind. You can also use a meat grinder or knife as seen in my homemade ground chicken guide.
