Instructions
To prepare fresh butternut squash, peel the squash and slice it in half vertically. Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out any seeds and fibers before dicing. A large squash yields ~ 2 pounds. You can make a double batch or refrigerate 1/2 for later.
Toss the butternut squash in the olive oil before adding the seasoning and stirring to evenly coat.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 400ºF, shaking halfway through for even cooking.

1/2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
