Ingredients

  • 1 large (110g) Banana
  • 1 scoop (32g) Protein Powder vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp (13g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp (30mL) Walden Farms Pancake Syrup or your choice of sticky sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp (7g) Walnut Pieces

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash a banana in a small bowl.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the walnuts and stir until fully incorporated.

  3. Microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked in the center.

  4. Top with walnuts and syrup (optional) to taste.
