High protein homemade yogurt melts.
If using frozen fruit, add to bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mash with the backside of a spoon. Mix remaining ingredients in until evenly mixed.
Using scissors, cut a small hole (about the diameter of a pencil) in the corner of a Ziploc bag. You can also use a piping tool here.
Add mixture to Ziploc bag.
Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. (Adding a small amount of cooking spray will ensure nothing sticks.)
Using the Ziploc bag as a piping tool, squeeze mixture into quarter-sized circles. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
