  • 1/2 C (113g) Fat-Free Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 scoop (30-32g) Protein Powder vanilla
  • 1/4 C (35g) Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 large (35g) Strawberry fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Stevia or 0-Cal Sweetener

  1. If using frozen fruit, add to bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mash with the backside of a spoon. Mix remaining ingredients in until evenly mixed.

  2. Using scissors, cut a small hole (about the diameter of a pencil) in the corner of a Ziploc bag. You can also use a piping tool here.

  3. Add mixture to Ziploc bag.

  4. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. (Adding a small amount of cooking spray will ensure nothing sticks.)

  5. Using the Ziploc bag as a piping tool, squeeze mixture into quarter-sized circles. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
