20-Minute Honey Sriracha Ground Chicken & Broccoli


 Ground Chicken

Broccoli Florets

Olive Oil


Ground Ginger



Soy Sauce

Toasted Sesame Oil

Garlic Powder

One pan sweet and spicy ground chicken with pan roasted broccoli.

Pan roast the broccoli.


Add broccoli to a heated skillet with olive oil and brown on one side for 1-2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until the broccoli is a dark green, about 3-4 minutes longer. 

Brown the chicken.


Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and brown both sides of the ground chicken before mincing and fully cooking.

Add the sauce.


Mix honey, sriracha, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder and ground ginger, and sweet chili sauce together before adding to the cooked chicken.

Cook the sauce.


Once the sauce has been added, continue cooking until the sauce is thick. Be careful not to burn.

Add the broccoli.


Once the sauce is thick, add the broccoli back to the skillet and stir everything together.

Enjoy with some cauliflower rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
