How to Lose 10 Pounds in One Week
It took four years earning a BS in nutritional science, becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and coaching hundreds of people across the globe, but I’ve finally found the secret.
This is going to change the game.
No longer will you have to sacrifice watching The Bachelor for workouts or going to the gym. Oh no, those days are long gone.
Just kidding. C’mon, anything that would produce this type of weight loss will be terribly unhealthy. There are no shortcuts to fat loss. Making a lifestyle change is your only chance at long term success.
Eat at a caloric deficit, introduce more physical activity (especially strength training), eat good sources of protein, colorful vegetables, stay hydrated, get some sleep, and poof – 10 lbs will be gone in 6-8 weeks.
The good news is that I have plenty of free goodies for you like a 30-day metabolic conditioning training program, my Nutrition Made Easy 3.0 book, and a 14-day beginner strength training at home program. You can check all of them out here.
