High Protein Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe
If you’re looking for one of the best fat loss foods around, look no further than strawberries. You can eat an entire pound of strawberries for only 150 calories. That’s some serious volume!
For the active individual, however, strawberries alone lack the protein needed for recovery and muscle growth. I’m pleased to tell you that I’ve solved that issue with this chocolate covered strawberries recipe. With 37 grams of protein and amazing flavor, you’ll be dipping your way to a leaner physique in no time.
Before you get to the recipe, I just wanted to drop a few ingredient notes. For protein, I always recommend Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey or Dymatize Elite XT (a blend of proteins). For the sweetener, you could buy a pre-flavored Greek yogurt to alleviate the need for Stevia. Be sure to avoid any sugar bombs though.
Bonus tip: If you’d like a creamier dip, you can add 1oz of fat-free cream cheese to your mix. You’ll only add 35 calories and add a ton of fluff. Letting it cool to room temperature or mixing with a large whisk will ensure you get an evenly mixed dip.
