*Note* You can substitute the “Pizza Blend” cheese for low-fat mozzarella to save a few grams of fat and calories. I find the fat-full cheese to melt much better and have more flavor (duh).

Spread tomato paste onto flatbread with desired consistency before adding cheese and toppings. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes on a baking sheet.

A few other personal favorites include shredded barbecue chicken, grilled veggie supreme, and taco pizza with fresh guacamole (after baking).
